Established in the year 2003, we Alvis Industries are amongst the prominent manufacturers and exporters of an extensive range of HSS gear hob cutters, milling cutters & hss threading taps. Manufactured using steel of various grades like HSS -M2, M35 & T42, these are reckoned for their dimensional accuracy, high tensile strength and high abrasion & corrosion resistance.
Leveraging on our well equipped in-house heat treatment plant and latest sophisticated manufacturing & testing facilities, we are capable of manufacturing HSS cutting tools like hss gear hob cutters & milling cutters from 0.1 mod upto 60 mod. Further, we are also capable of manufactuirng ground relieved hobs upto 500 mm diameter, HSS ground thread taps, serration cutters, involute hob cutters, spline hobs, worm wheel hobs and wrom grinding and thread milling cutters. Owing to our clinte centric approach, we have able to gain a strong foothold all across the world. Our list clients includes various reputed companies located in UP, NCR, Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata.
We are led by Mr. Vishal Kapoor and Mr. Suresh Kapoor expromoter & director of BTC Group and have been in the field of cutting tools since 1947. Mr. Vishal Kapoor, who is a BE (Mechanical) and holds immense industry knowledge. He is upported by Mr. Suresh Kapoor, who is well versed in this domain and has helped him to guide us in the right direction. Because of their ethical business policies and quality conscious approach we have been able to achieve ISO 9001 : 2000 certification within the three years of our inception (June 2006). |

Our unit is well equipped with all checking & testing equipment as well as installed in-house & heat-treatment plant.
